These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jodigitalcreations.com (the "Site") operated by J&O Digital Creations ("J&O", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
J&O designs and develops websites, web applications, mobile applications, custom software, and related branding services. The Site provides information about us and a way to get in touch. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal, quote, or agreement that sets out scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Those project terms control if they conflict with anything here.
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
All content on the Site — including the J&O name, logo, text, graphics, code, and design — is owned by J&O or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Portfolio work is shown to represent our services; those brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Ownership of deliverables created for a client is addressed in that client's project agreement.
Any pricing shown or discussed is an estimate until confirmed in a written proposal. Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are defined in each project agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep information accurate and the Site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J&O will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to it.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services and websites. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time without notice if we believe these Terms have been violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Michigan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated date above. Continued use of the Site means you accept the current Terms.
